  • How It Works (for online orders)

    1. After your order has been placed, within 1 working day you will get an email with a measurement form.

    2. The measurement form will include very clear instructions on how to take the measurements ( it is easy, no worries). Alterations are still needed, as the designer does not see the dress on you.

    3. We can also discuss some customization of your dress for an additional fee ( $100-700). For example changing the color, changing certain details, sleeves, length of the train, etc. If you do want customization we will schedule an online call to discuss all of the changes.

    4. After you submit the measurements, we will start the tailoring process.

    Tailoring time

    The estimated lead-time of your order is between 4-9 weeks. You would be provided with detailed information about the tailoring time.

    Delivery

    Free delivery! All dresses are made in Europe. Depending on your location,  the delivery time is between 1.5-2 weeks. We will keep you informed.

    Return policy 

    All sales are final - no returns or exchanges. All our wedding gowns are made according to the measurements you provide, nobody else can fit into.
